When people play to not lose, they are usually doing so to eliminate risk. When putting money in the stock market, they look for a stock that has never lost money. If they put $10,000 in a stock, they want to come back in five years and still have at least $10,000 worth of stock. They did not lose money, so they feel that they won. The focus is not losing. These people are not risk takers. Or, if they do take risks, they might not put enough in to make the greatest pay-off. They will do the minimum until they feel that they will at least break even.

When a person plays to win they understand the risk, reward, and what it will take to get the reward. They are ready to put all of the "skin" in the game, if that's what it takes. Many times the people that succeed BIG were at a point where life depended on it. You don't have to be in such a desperate situation to get the same results. However, you must have the same mind set. You have to play to win.

Knowing and doing what it takes is the weight that tips the scale to the reward side. It's the only way to start eliminating the risks. Let's look at three of these.

1. Showing Commitment - This helps you and the people you bring into Zrii. It helps you to stay focused on your goal. It is a way of telling yourself that you are serious. When you feel like relaxing at home but instead you call and call people until you get someone on the conference call, you are telling yourself that you are commited. 2. Work, and More Work - Lets face it, Zrii is a business opprtunity. It's not a free ride anywhere. It has to be treated like a business. The money makers in network marketing are the ones that work at it. The beauty of network marketing is that it can be done part-time. Also, the work is not complex or hard. It does not require a computer science degree, or any degree for that matter.
3. Consistency - You have to keep the ball rolling. If you are consistently pushing on the ball, then it will gain speed. Other people will see the speed and success you are having. They will start pushing too. Then the work becomes easier because there are more people pushing. This is what network marketing does best. If you stop pushing for a while, you lose the momentum that you built up. If you stop calling people, you slow down. If you do the work to sponsor someone, but then stop calling them or helping them succed, you lose momentum. A small amount of work can turn into success by doing it consistently.
